Each shoe is crafted with extremely soft leathers, removable insoles, extra long laces and in some cases strap extenders. We would consider Extra wide an E fit. Tesselli XD have removable footbeds for your orthotics or for extra depth in a shoe.Please note that all orthotics vary in shape and size.
